The snapdeal’s new campaign “Dil Ki Deal” features Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan, who has been the brand ambassador for big brands like Samsung and Godrej, will now be the brand ambassador of the E-Commerce giant. This campaign is a shift from Snapdeal’s previous communication of savings while shopping, to giving an all new experience with an emotional connection.
“Dil Ki Deal”, the term in itself says a lot as it means fulfilling what the heart desires. The ad has Mr. Perfectionist as both an observer and a consumer who sees how the wishes of the people get fulfilled through snapdeal. The ad connects to the people as it shows how people fall in love, fulfil dreams, take care of loved ones, motivate others, reduce distance and last but not the least an everyday expression of love and all of this through Snapdeal. To make the ad more interactive the company even started with a “Dil Ki Deal Contest”, wherein one could share his or her story with a pic of how he or she fulfilled their heart’s wishand lucky one could get a chance to win cash. A heart touching ad which very easily connects with every individual and pushes one to fulfil his/her wish through snapdeal : “Toh Aao India Pao Apne Dil Ki Deal”.
